Shipping

It is FREE! You never have to worry about a shipping fee. Working directly with factories allows us to have low cost for shipping and handling. Any cost for shipping and handling has been added to the actual cost of each item.

In-Transit Time

This time does not include our standard processing time of 2 business days. Please keep in mind business days do not include Saturdays and Sundays. Once your order has been shipped there is an estimated deliver time of 15 days.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email that includes your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 days for your tracking status to populate.

International Shipping

We at Unicornjewelsnthings are proud of being able to fulfill orders all over the world! The price we list on our site is in USD, the conversion rate will be based on your issuing credit card company used for your purchase.

Depending on your country's customs, delivery times may be delayed. Unicornjewelsnthings  and the carrier unfortunately does not have control how long your customs hold a package. Furthermore some countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. Please check with your local post office to be informed of your countries customs policies.

If You Receive A Damaged Item

We hope this never happens, if it does, please take a photo of the item to clearly display the damage. Please send us an email with the photo unicornjewelsnthings@gmail.com. Please be sure to include a description of the damage and your order number.

We will then assess the damage and determine the best course of action to maintain a pleasant experience with us.
